Schenley Park Golf Course
The Schenley Park Golf Course is a 4,600-yard natural public course on rolling terrain for golfers of all ages and abilities and is open all year round. Amenities include lessons, a snack bar, practice greens, and an indoor practice facility where golfers can play a "virtual" round on St. Andrews, Pebble Beach and 31 other famous courses. Disc Golf Course
The 18-hole Disc Golf Course offers golf of a different kind. Standing at the designated tee areas, players attempt to throw their Frisbees into elevated baskets in the fewest possible tries. The course, which stretches from the Meadow to the Vietnam Veterans Pavilion, winds its way through the park's wooded areas. Call the Pittsburgh Flying Disc Society at (724) 933-6969.
