"Body and Soul: Parks and the Health of Great Cities" is an international urban parks conference coming to Pittsburgh September 21 - 23, 2008.   The Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy is the local host organization for this conference, which will bring together thought leaders from around the world to discuss the critical role parks play in the well-being of urban residents.

Richard Louv, author of Last Child in the Woods: Saving Our Children From Nature-Deficit Disorder
