This year the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy celebrated the tenth anniversary of the Spring Hat Luncheon, presented by PNC.  The event was held on May 3, 2008 at 11:15 a.m. at Frick Park's Reynolds Street gatehouse.  The luncheon helped to raise funds for one of the PPC's top priority projects: the re-visioning and reconstruction of the Environmental Center at Frick Park.
