The Madcap Masquerade, presented by UPMC Health Plan, is a costume or black-tie event to benefit the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy.  This year's event will be held at Schenley Plaza on October 25, 2008.  With the Pittsburgh 250 Festival of Lights as a stunning backdrop, we're thrilled to bring Madcap into the park!
