Our President and CEO, Meg Cheever, recently attended the White House Conference on America's Great Outdoors in Washington, DC.  At the conference, President Obama announced plans to foster a new generation of community and urban parks to give children the opportunity to experience these places.  To read Meg's account of her experience, click here.

Our Walks in the Woods are returning a little early this year!  In addition to our weekly Wednesday-night walks, we have a few special excursions planned that focus on things like butterflies, mushrooms, lichens, and trees.  The first walk of the year will be a May 11 mushroom walk in Frick Park.  For the full schedule, click here.
