Frick Environmental Center

Donations made towards the Frick Environmental Center support this state-of-the-art facility. Free and open to all, the new Center is a welcome facility and a gateway to the woodlands of Frick Park where educators use the parks as classrooms.

Westinghouse Memorial

Donations made towards Westinghouse Memorial provide ongoing support for the recently renewed lily pond and historic memorial sculpture, as well as all new native plant landscaping, lighting, and stormwater management implementation. 

Allegheny Commons

Donations made towards Allegheny Commons support the Northeast Fountain Restoration project. This project includes reconstruction of the historic fountain and surrounding gardens, as well as restoration of the promenade and other walk ways, plus installation of new signage, benches, lighting, and other amenities. 

August Wilson Park

Donations made towards August Wilson Park provide ongoing support for this beloved community park in Pittsburgh's Hill District. 

Schenley Plaza

Donations made towards Schenley Plaza support this popular community space. Operated by the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy, the Plaza provides free programming for the Pittsburgh community, as well as dining spots, public restrooms, and the PNC Carousel.

Park Tree Fund

The Park Tree Fund exists to benefit the trees in our park landscapes and woodlands. Donations made to this fund help us protect native trees against eminent threats, plant new trees, and maintain established trees throughout the parks.

Summer Camp "Campership"

With your donation to the Campership fund, the cost of Frick Environmental Center summer camp is offset for income-eligible families in our region. Give today so that more children learn about beetles and bugs, splash through puddles, and get their hands dirty.

Education Programs

Donations made toward Education Programs support our many community and school programs. Your gift keeps programs such as Earth Day, Night Explorers, Bump in the Night, summer camps, community hikes, and school programs running.

McKinley Park

Donations made towards McKinley Park keep the restored entrance of this 79-acre community park a beautiful gathering place for the Beltzhoover neighborhood. 

Mellon Park Walled Garden

Donations made towards the Mellon Park Walled Garden help maintain this beautiful space. The garden, fully restored in 2010, is home to a public art piece honoring the memory of Ann Katharine Seamans. This project restored the entry and adding planting, lighting, and seating, as well as the removal of steps, changing of grades, and creation of new walks to make the garden more accessible.

Mellon Square

Donations made to Mellon Square help maintain this oasis in Downtown Pittsburgh. After years of deterioration, the Parks Conservancy coordinated efforts to completely restore Mellon Square. The refreshed Mellon Square Park, reopened publicly in 2014, is once again a hub for life downtown.

The Colker Memorial Fund

Donations made towards The Davita Colker Bryant & Laura Michelle Colker Memorial Fund support an endowment for environmental education. This fund, established to honor the memories of Davita Colker Bryant and Laura Michelle Colker, allows us to plan and budget for engaging curriculum that reaches the most diverse population of students possible.

The Daffodil Project

Started in 2007, the Daffodil Project has led to tens of thousands of daffodil bulbs being planted throughout park gardens. Every gift of $50 plants 25 daffodils in the parks.
