Want a great reason to spend a whole day at the park? On Saturday, November 6, we're holding our last Urban EcoSteward training of the year, a Planting Techniques workshop, followed by a volunteer activity restoring a stream bank in Nine Mile Run. The training begins in lower Frick Park at 9:00am and concludes at noon; after lunch, anyone who'd like to stick around can help the Parks Conservancy and the Nine Mile Run Watershed Association clean up the stream.
