Frick Park After Dark: Meditation and Relaxation

July 9, 2019 by Beth Seibel

Join us this Friday, July 12, 2019 for a relaxing evening of meditation, mingling, food and music!

The theme of this month’s workshop is meditation and relaxation. Although not required, attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat. Enjoy Sound Bath Meditation with Brooke Smokelin of Vox Lumina

After the workshop, enjoy the smooth sounds of Sierra Sellers. Her Facebook page describes her as “a neo-soul singer/songwriter whose influences range from Erykah Badu to Carlos Santana. Her soulful voice is captivating, while the simplicity of her lyrics causes one to feel as though she is speaking directly to you.” Check her out on Instagram and Soundcloud as well.

Mix and mingle while sipping on adult beverages generously donated from Arsenal Cider House and feasting on North Indian cuisine from Billu’s Indian Grill.

Take in the sights and sounds at the Frick Environmental Center in beautiful Frick Park.
